Meet the Team
Company founder Freemond Weihl has been working in the electrical industry since 1994. Working as a residential electrician, Freemond serviced the Southside of Atlanta all the way to the Columbus area. Between 2008 and 2019, Freemond joined the IBEW electrical union, doing work for Mercedes Benz Stadium and at the CSR building among many other high profile jobs. One day, Freemond hired a local electrician to do some work at his home, and was surprised when he was overcharged. Freemond realized that he could work to ensure that local customers would never have to endure what he went through, that they would be offered fair prices and only be charged for the services they truly needed. This experience inspired Freemond to start his own business, Truevolt Electrical LLC.
